Escape to Siran Valley, a peaceful green valley in Mansehra just a few hours from Islamabad. The Hazara Motorway makes the drive smooth, and the day is built around Lake Shahzeb, Jabori, the village of Manda Gucha, the Siran River and the pine forest. This is a relaxed tour with almost no trekking, so it suits families, couples and groups. Dinner on the return journey and tour photography are included.
Day-by-day itinerary

Depart early in the morning and drive via the Hazara Motorway to Mansehra and Shinkiari, with a breakfast stop. Visit Lake Shahzeb near Shinkiari for photos and a short break. Continue to Jabori, the main town of Siran Valley, and then on to Manda Gucha village (about 3 to 4 hours of driving in total, depending on road conditions). Walk through the village, relax by the Siran River and enjoy lunch and photos. Start the drive back in the afternoon, have dinner on the way, and arrive in Rawalpindi and Islamabad in the evening.
